: All mouse related work was performed strictly in accordance with the guidance and recommendations in the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals (National Research Council Institute for Laboratory Animal Research). Live virus neutralization assays were conducted in the biosafety level 3 (BSL-3) laboratory.
