: Human-induced pluripotent stem cells used in this study were derived previously from fibroblasts commercially available at ATCC: CRL-2429 (BIHi001), Lonza: CC-2511(BIHi250-A), and approved by Stanford University (BIHi005-A, approval no. 350–panel 3). The use of skin samples from healthy individuals was conducted with the informed consent of all donors and was approved by the local ethics committee of Charité—Universitätsmedizin Berlin (EA4/193/18; EA1/155/24). Animal studies were conducted according to the guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki and approved by the Local Ethics Committee for Animal Experiments (Cracow, Poland, Permissions No: 932/2024, date: 25.10.2024).
