: Human-induced pluripotent stem cells used in this study were derived previously from fibroblasts commercially available at ATCC: CRL-2429 (BIHi001), Lonza: CC-2511(BIHi250-A), and approved by Stanford University (BIHi005-A, approval no. 350–panel 3). The use of skin samples from healthy individuals was conducted with the informed consent of all donors and was approved by the local ethics committee of Charité—Universitätsmedizin Berlin (EA4/193/18; EA1/155/24).
