: Ethical approval to conduct the study was received from the University of the Western Cape’s Biomedical Research and Ethics Committee (BMREC) (BM20_8_22). This research project was registered on the National Research Database (WC_202104_041). Permission to access the medical records was obtained from the Research ethics committee and Chief executive officer of the rehabilitation centre. Informed consent was not needed from participants due to the medical records reviewing nature of the study. The study was performed in accordance with the ethical guidelines of the BMREC committee and the Western Cape Health Research.
