: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments. Ethical approval was obtained from the Ethics Committee of Yangzhou University School of Clinical Medicine (Approval No: 2024ky22) prior to the commencement of the study. As this study involved human participants only, no animal (live vertebrate) experiments were performed, and therefore no additional animal ethics committee approval was required. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. Due to the retrospective nature of this study, the requirement for informed consent was waived by the Ethics Committee. All patient data were anonymized to ensure confidentiality and privacy.
