: All animals were housed at AAALAC-approved facilities on a 12-hour light/dark cycle, with food and water available ad libitum. All procedures involving mutant mice were approved by the Broad Institute IACUC (Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee) and conducted in accordance with the NIH Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
