: The study used live vertebrates. Animals were bred under the condition of a 12-h light/dark cycle, with food and water available ad libitum. All animal studies were approved by Ethics Committee of Shanghai Medical College, Fudan University, under approval number 2018IOBSJS-005. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. No human subjects were used in the study.
