: All experimental protocols of animals were strictly conformed to the guidelines for the Guide of the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals and were approved by the Ethical Committee of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine (202401A050, 202412A009). The tumor volume in Fig. was not more than 10% of the original body weight of the mice. These tumors usually have a hemispherical appearance. In the survival statistics, the weight loss level of mice did not exceed 20% of the original body weight.
