: All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. Live vertebrates were not used in this project. Patients with CLL disease participated in this project. Collection and use of patient samples were obtained by informed consent from each participant and protocol to collect patient samples was approved by the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center Institutional Review Board.
