: The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and complies with relevant national and European data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR–EU Regulation 2016/679). The Delphi phase involved the voluntary participation of healthcare professionals (nurses and physicians) affiliated with GITMO-accredited transplant centres. Participants were informed about the study’s objectives, methodology, and anonymous and confidential handling of the data. Survey completion was considered tacit informed consent to participate. No sensitive or personally identifiable data were collected. Responses were fully anonymized and submitted via a secure online platform (Microsoft Forms). In accordance with local ethical guidelines, formal approval by an ethics committee was not needed for this study. The results are reported in aggregate form, without identifying individual participants or centres.
