Ethical approval was not required for this survey because it was conducted as a service evaluation within the trust. This survey was registered as an audit and evaluation and supported by the audit department of the dental clinical care group, as indicated by the reference number (DENT-M-03-23). Participants gave consent to participate before completing the survey questionnaire.
