: The authors declare no conflicts of interest. The study was approved by the UiTM Faculty of Dentistry Research Ethics Committee (FRC) [REC/07/2023 (PG/MR/228)]. Permission was granted from the Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) to use Maktab Rendah Sains MARA (MRSM) schools as study sites [MARA.600-6/1/6 JLD2 (56)]. Informed consent was obtained from the students and their parents, guardians, or their respective homeroom teachers.
