Ethics declaration
: The authors declare no conflict of interest. Ethical approval was not required for this study as it was a quality improvement project no patient-identifiable data were collected. It was registered as per the local clinical governance protocol in each participating organisation. Clinicians taking part in this study volunteered to participate in this study after receiving a project pack and clinicians confirmed their consent to participate via email.
