: RW is the Chief Executive Officer for PDSE. All other authors declare no conflicts of interest. This paper reports on a service development and evaluation project, drawing on the professional experiences of the authors and anonymised patient feedback collected through routine service questionnaires. Patients accessing care provide consent for their data to be used for service evaluation, and no identifiable patient information was included in this analysis. As the project did not involve the recruitment of human participants for research purposes, it does not constitute research requiring ethical approval under institutional or national guidelines. For the same reason, specific informed consent for research participation was not required.
