: The authors declare no conflicts of interest. This project did not constitute research but was undertaken as a service evaluation of a training programme. In accordance with the HRA decision tool, formal ethical approval was not required, as the work was designed to assess the effectiveness of the Level 2 programme and did not involve interventions beyond routine training. Consent from participants was implied upon completion of the survey as the survey was voluntary.
