: The authors declare no conflicts of interest. This work was conducted as a public health service evaluation rather than academic research; accordingly, formal Research Ethics Committee approval was not required. Anonymous, non-identifiable pupil data were collected by participating schools as part of routine programme monitoring, with voluntary participation and school-level approval for delivery and evaluation.
