As a service improvement project, sponsorship, ethics favourable opinion, National Health Service research and development approval and Caldicott approval were not required, per correspondence from the regional ethics helpline, information governance and clinical governance and risk departments. All participants gave their consent for participation in this project and for their responses to be used in any potential future publication. Consent was given before participation, and all participants were offered an information sheet with project details and contact information, should they require it.
