: M.I., A.v.B. and A.v.d.S. are employed by Philips Research. Philips employees have performed the actual ER pathway analysis in a blinded manner on the Nijmegen clinical cohort samples free of charge, returned the pathway activity scores to Radboudumc for coupling to clinical data and subsequently contributed to the statistical data analysis.
