Ethics approval and consent to participates

: The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University (Kyy2016-49, Kyy2017-27), and study was performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. All patients in this study provided written informed consent for sample collection and data analyses. Mouse ovarian tumour cell line OV2944-HM-1 was purchased from RIKEN BioResource Research Center (Riken Tsukuba Branch). Ovarian tumour cell line OVCAR8 and SKOV3 cells were purchased from American Type Culture Collection (ATCC; Manassas, VA, USA).
