: Human peripheral blood samples were obtained from purchased anonymized by-products of blood donations from healthy adult donors at the Karolinska University Hospital Blood Bank. All animal experiments were performed according to the EU Directive 2010/63/EU for animal experiments and after approval from the local ethical committee (the north Stockholm district court, permits #N272/14 and #11159-2018, PI: LSW) and in accordance with national and institutional guidelines.
