: The retrospective pilot cohort comprised transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) samples from 29 patients obtained through the Australian Prostate Cancer Bioresource (APCB), according to their recruitment criteria. RNASeq was performed on frozen patient tissue sourced from APCB according to recruitment criteria. Approvals were obtained from the Human Research Ethics Committee of the University of South Australia (Application IDs: 201907 and 36070). All methods were performed in accordance with the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) guidelines and regulations for research.
