: Human samples used in this research project were obtained from the Imperial College Healthcare Tissue Bank (ICHTB). ICHTB is supported by the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Biomedical Research Centre based at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and Imperial College London. This research project was approved by a local research ethics committee, the Imperial College Healthcare Tissue Bank (ICHTB), project reference R20007. ICHTB is a Human Tissue Authority-licenced Research Tissue Bank (licence number 12275) with approval by the Health Research Authority Wales Research Ethics Committee (REC) 3 (reference 22/WA/0214) to collect and release samples for research. Samples were either sourced from participants who gave informed consent under ICHTB sub-collection reference number HIS_SD_18_025 or were obtained from the histopathology diagnostic archive of Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust under ICHTB authority and REC approval 22/WA/0214, in accordance with the requirements of the Human Tissue Act. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
