: The research project and study protocol were evaluated and approved (14/Jan/2021) by the Ethic Committee of Clinical Research of Hospital 12 de Octubre (CEIm code: 19/538), according with standardized procedures. The project followed the universal ethical principles contained in the declaration of Helsinki, and the national legislation regarding personal data protection (Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPD-GDD), adapting the Spanish legal system to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016. All patients provided written informed consent prior to any study procedures. All animal procedures and experiments described in this report were approved by the Madrid Community (PROEX 192/2019) and conducted in accordance with the institutional guidelines of Hospital Universitario 12 de Octubre for biomedical research with animals. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
