: This research was approved by the Ethics Committee of Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (TJ-IRB20210346). All patients were informed about the purpose of specimen collection in accordance with the committee’s guidelines, and written informed consent was obtained from each participant prior to their inclusion in the study. All animals were kept in a pathogen-free environment and fed ad lib. The procedures for care and use of animals were approved by the Ethics Committee of Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (IACUC Number: 4562) and all applicable institutional and governmental regulations concerning the ethical use of animals were followed.
