The human data analysed in this study were obtained exclusively from publicly accessible databases, including The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO), and the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) portal. The IHC images downloaded from the HPA are fully anonymized.
