: This study was conducted as a retrospective clinical audit of outcomes for patients treated for pancreatic cancer at the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust. All methods were performed in accordance with relevant institutional guidelines and NHS information governance requirements. Approvals for the audit were obtained from the Clinical Audit Committee at the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust. In line with UK Health Research Authority guidance, formal Research Ethics Committee approval was not required for this work, as it constituted a service evaluation and clinical audit. As this was a retrospective audit using routinely collected clinical data, individual informed consent to participate was not required.
