: Our research complied with the ethical guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Institutional Review Board of Gangnam Severance Hospital (no.3-2021-0414). Biospecimens (tissues) were collected from patients diagnosed with PDAC and those with normal pancreas undergoing surgical resection or tissue biopsy at the Gangnam Severance Hospital. We obtained written informed consent from all participants before including them in the study.
