: The cohort of TNBC was composed of 10 samples (PGEB platform, Cancer Research Centre of Lyon/Centre Léon Bérard, Lyon, FRANCE). The material used in the study was collected in agreement with all applicable laws, rules, and requests of French and European government authorities. Informed consent was taken from patients. Ethics approval of the study was obtained from the Ethical Review Board of the Center Léon Bérard (CMT n° 2025-23).
