: Human buffy coat samples were obtained from the Transfusion Center under the approval of the Head of the Immunohematology and Transfusion Service of the University Hospital of Padova. All procedures were conducted in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations, and informed consent was obtained from all donors. All in vivo animal experiments were performed in accordance with Italian legislation (D. L.vo n.26/2014) on the protection of animals used for scientific purposes.
