: The collection of human specimens and all experiments were approved by the Ethics Committee of the School of Medicine of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and written informed consent was obtained from all subjects in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. C57BL/6 mice were housed and maintained in accordance with the standards of the National Institutes of Health guide for the care and use of laboratory animals (NIH Publications No. 8023, revised 1978). All animal experimental protocols were approved by the Ethics Committee of the School of Medicine of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. At the end of the experiment, mice were sacrificed by cervical dislocation after inhalation of isoflurane.
