: All animal procedures were conducted in accordance with the guidelines established by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) at Inha University in Incheon, Korea. The protocol for animal experiments was approved by the IACUC under protocol number 190920-665. Every effort was made to minimize the suffering and distress of the animals used in this study. Anesthesia and analgesia were administered as appropriate to alleviate pain and discomfort during surgical procedures or other interventions. The selection of animal species and the number of animals used were justified based on scientific necessity and efforts to minimize the number of animals required for statistically meaningful results. All personnel involved in animal care and experimentation underwent appropriate training in animal handling, anesthesia administration, and euthanasia techniques. Regular inspections of animal facilities were conducted to ensure compliance with ethical standards and animal welfare regulations.
