: The protocol was approved by the Laboratory Animal Ethics Committee at the Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute & Hospital (TMUCIH) (#: AE-2022036). This study has complied with all relevant ethical regulations for animal experiments. Every effort was made to minimise the numbers and suffering of the included animals. Human HCC tissue microarray (TMA) was purchased from the Shanghai Outdo Biotechnology with an Internal Review Board approval (YB M-05-02). Twenty-three cases of HCC specimens were also collected from the Department of Pathology at the TMUCIH. The inpatient time was from January 1, 2018, to December 31, 2018. All patients provided informed consent and this study was conducted according to the guidelines of the Internal Review Board at the TMUCIH (bc2021308).
