: All the animal experimental procedures were conformed to the Animal Welfare Act Guide for Use and Care of Laboratory Animals, and an Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC)-approved protocol of Fudan University, China. Mice were housed under specific pathogen-free (SPF) conditions at a stable temperature of 24 °C and fed with chow diet and water at libitum. The male mice were chosen due to the variables (uncertain hormone changes et al.) in female mice.
