: Glioma biopsies from glioma patients and non-tumor brain biopsies from traumatic brain injury or epilepsy patients were collected at the Department of Neurosurgery, The First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University. Informed consent was obtained from all patients. Study protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University (XMYY-2022KY076). Animal procedures were in accordance with the guidelines of the National Institutional Animal Health Guide for the Care and Used of Laboratory Animals and approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of Xiamen University (XMULAC20230235).
