: All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. The clinical tissue samples were obtained from patients diagnosed with pancreatic cancer at Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University (ZSHFU). The patients’ consent and approval from the Institutional Research Ethics Committee of ZSHFU were obtained (Batch number:1310128-2). The protocol of animal assays was approved by the Committee on the Ethics of Animal Experiments of Fudan University and conformed to the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals published by the National Institutes of Health (Batch number:2023-271). Informed consent was obtained from all participants. No identifiable images from human research participants were included.
