: All metastatic ccRCC tissues were provided from the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University. Tissue microarrays, containing 90 matched pairs of ccRCC and adjacent normal tissues were sourced from Shanghai Outdo Biotech. The research protocol adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki, approved by the Ethics Committee of Capital Medical University and the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University. All participating patients provided written informed consent for sample use and publication of related data. All animal experiments were conducted in compliance with the National Institutes of Health guidelines for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals and approved by the Animal Use and Care Committee of Capital Medical University (approval numbers AEEI-2020-133 and AEEI-2018-16). Animal experiments with subcutaneous xenograft tumors ended when tumors did not exceed 1000mm3.
