: Human brain tissues were obtained from brain only autopsy for research purpose, and human brain and tissue banking for neurological diseases is approved by the Ethics Board of the Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University of China (KY 2018-031-02). Plasma samples from participants were processed according to protocols approved by the ethics committee (No: S485). Written informed consent was obtained from each patient or their legal surrogate. All animal experiments were approved by Animal Care and Use Committees of Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University (201902026) and were performed in accordance with the National Institutes of Health Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals.
