: All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. Collection of all patient materials for this study was obtained following patient consent and approved by the University of Kentucky Institutional Review Board (IRB #48678). The University of Kentucky’s Institutional Review Board reviewed the protocol for this study and determined that it does not utilize human subjects since discarded, de-identified tissues are obtained from the surgical pathology repository. Specific informed consent was not obtained for this project since the tissue samples were considered to be discarded surgical specimens and absolutely no identifying information is provided.
