: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Chongqing Medical University. Female BALB/c nude mice were obtained from GemPharmatech Company (Chengdu, China), and were maintained at the Experimental Animal Center of Chongqing Medical University in a temperature-controlled environment with a 12-h light/dark cycle. All experiments were approved by Institutional Animal Care and Use of Chongqing Medical University (IACUC-CQMU-2024-0266). All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
