: All the datasets were retrieved from the published literature, so it was confirmed that all written informed consent was obtained. Reusable datasets for our analysis comply with relevant ethical regulations. The studies in which human prostate tumor samples were collected were approved by the ethical committees of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University. Written consent was obtained from all patients and healthcare workers. For mouse studies, all procedures were approved by the Ethics Committee of the Medical Animal Laboratory of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University.
