: This study was approved by the ethics committee of the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Nanjing Medical University. Samples were sourced from the biobank of Jiangsu Province Cancer Hospital (Jiangsu Province Cancer Research Institute and the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Nanjing Medical University). All patients had signed informed consent forms for the donation of samples. The biopsy samples received approval from the Ethics Committee of Zhongda Hospital affiliated with Southeast University. All animal experimental methods were performed with the approval of the Ethics-by-Ethics Committee of Southeast University (20190225004).
