: The protocol for animal experiments was approved by Qingdao University Laboratory Animal Management and Ethics Committee evaluated and authorized the animal experiment protocol (no. 202310C5708202502123). All animal studies complied with the Qingdao University animal use guidelines. For human samples, a written informed consent for undergoing posterior lumbar laminectomy and research purposes was obtained from osteoporosis and non-osteoporosis patients. All protocols were performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and were approved by the Ethics Committee of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University (QYFYWZLL29221).
