: The protocol for animal experiments was approved by Qingdao University Laboratory Animal Management and Ethics Committee evaluated and authorized the animal experiment protocol (no. 202310C5708202502123). For human samples, a written informed consent for undergoing posterior lumbar laminectomy and research purposes was obtained from osteoporosis and non-osteoporosis patients.
