: This study involving human participants was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Scientific Research Ethics Committee of the First Hospital of China Medical University (Approval No. AF-SOP07-1.1-01). Written informed consent was obtained from all participants or their legal guardians prior to sample collection. All animal experiments were performed in compliance with the ARRIVE guidelines and the relevant regulations for the care and use of laboratory animals. The protocols were reviewed and approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of China Medical University (Approval No. KT2023026).
