: 6–8 weeks old C57BL/6 (B6) mice, both Sec8 fl/fl and Lyz2-Cre Sec8 fl/fl mice were used in the experiments. All animal experiments were conducted strictly with the Regulations on the Administration of Experimental Animal Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, established by the State Council on November 1, 1988, as approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) of Shandong Normal University (Ethics approval number: AEECSDNU2023070). All experiments were conducted with the informed consent of all participants.
