: Human tumor and adjacent non-tumor specimens were obtained from the Institute of Cancer Research, Hunan Normal University. The collection and use of clinical samples were approved by the Ethics Committee of Hunan Normal University, and written informed consent was obtained from all participating patients or their legally authorized representatives, in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. All animal experiments, including nude mouse xenograft assays, were conducted in accordance with institutional guidelines, under protocols reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of Hunan Normal University.
