: All experimental methods were performed in accordance with the relevant institutional and national guidelines and regulations for the care and use of laboratory animals. The zebrafish study protocol was approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) of Hunter Biotechnology, Inc. (approval no. IACUC-2024-9497-01). For the bioinformatics analysis, no new human subjects were recruited; all analyses were based on de-identified, publicly available TCGA and GTEx datasets. Therefore, additional Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval and informed consent from human participants are not applicable.
