: In animal and cell experiments, the random grouping was adopted without deliberate selection of cell or mouse from growth status, body weight, age/culture time, or other aspects which will influence experimental results. Besides, double-blind was also utilized. In detail, experimental operators Yanhai Feng and Qiong Zhang were respectively responsible for the experimental grouping and the detection of experimental indicators. In animal experiments, the mice which were with disqualified age, weight, gender or living condition, etc. were excluded. And in cell experiments, the cells which were polluted, or with abnormal morphology or growth condition, etc. were excluded.
