: All methods were performed following the relevant guidelines and regulations. All animal experimental procedures were conducted strictly with the Institutional Animal Care and Experimental Committee of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. Animals Ethics was approved by the Institutional Animal Ethics Review Board of Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine (Approval# SH9H-2020-TK194-1). All patients were from the Chinese Han population and the human study was approved by the Medical Ethics Committees of Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital (Approval# SH9H-2021-T401-4). The written informed consents were obtained from the participants. The written informed consent for the publication of the identifiable images from the participants was also obtained.
