: This study used PCa biopsy specimens as FFPE tissue samples. For that purpose, this study was approved by the institutional review board (Comissão de Ética para a Saúde) of IPO Porto, Portugal (CES-238/020). All procedures involving human samples were in accordance with the ethical standards about informed consent of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
