: All animal procedures were approved by the Ethics Committee of Shanxi Medical University (Approval No. 2021053) and conducted in accordance with institutional guidelines and national regulations for the care and use of laboratory animals. Adult male C57BL/6J mice and neonatal C57BL/6J mice were obtained from the Experimental Animal Center of Shanxi Medical University [Certificate No. SCXK (Jin) 2019-0004]. No human subjects or data were involved in this study, and no additional ethics approval was required for the use of commercially available cell lines.
