: Buffy coats from healthy individuals were obtained from the Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion (IHBT), Prague, Czech Republic. Informed written consent was obtained from each individual enrolled. The study was approved by the institutional review board of IHBT (evidence number 10/10/2022) and conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and good clinical practice guidelines.
